How much does a service call cost?
We charge a flat $99 diagnosis fee. If you approve the repair, the diagnosis fee is waived — you only pay for the repair.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! We offer fast turnaround on most calls — same-day or next-day service in most cases. For emergencies, we're available 24/7.
What brands do you repair?
We service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, KitchenAid, Kenmore, and more.
What appliances do you repair?
We repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and freezers.
What areas do you serve?
We serve over 30 cities across North and Central New Jersey including Westfield, Summit, Morristown, Madison, Cranford, and surrounding areas.
What are your hours?
Our regular hours are Sunday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM. We are closed Friday and Saturday. However, we are available 24/7 for emergency calls.
Do I need to be home for the repair?
Yes, an adult (18+) should be present during the service appointment.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every part we install is covered for 90 days. If that part fails during normal use, we'll make it right. The warranty doesn't cover problems caused by user error, such as the wrong detergent in a washer or dishwasher, or a blocked dryer vent that burns out a thermostat.
What if my appliance can't be fixed?
You only pay the $99 diagnosis — nothing more. We'll explain exactly what we found and give you an honest opinion on whether replacing it makes more sense.
