How much does a service call cost?
We charge a flat $99 diagnosis fee. If you approve the repair, the diagnosis fee is waived — you only pay for the repair.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! We offer fast turnaround on most calls — same-day or next-day service in most cases. For emergencies, we're available 24/7.
What brands do you repair?
We service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, KitchenAid, Kenmore, and more.
What appliances do you repair?
We repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and freezers.
What areas do you serve?
We serve over 30 cities across Central New Jersey including Westfield, Summit, Morristown, Madison, Cranford, and surrounding areas.
What are your hours?
Our regular hours are Sunday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM. We are closed Friday and Saturday. However, we are available 24/7 for emergency calls.
Do I need to be home for the repair?
Yes, an adult (18+) should be present during the service appointment.
